WORKKK

My work really sux.
Sales Promoter for Medklinn, and air sterillizer company.
It was a combination of both hard and easy.
Easy because i dun have many thgs to do other than standing and explaining to my customer what my product is al about.
Hard because this bloody air stereilizer is damn hard to sell.
Who wanna pay rm700 to have a clean air at home!!!Typical Klang ppl.
I m considering of switching jobs to work in a restaurant which i deem to be more busy and fun.
Can't bear the JJ rules.Even in secondary school, the rules are much better. We get molested everytime we get back from work.

I thought i won't be blogging anymore till spm is over. But it seems that for some reason i wanted to blog so much 2day, especially when the CS cd which OOI lend me doesn't seem to be working.
Yeah..15 more days to SPM and I still want to play CS.

Part of me thinks that i m totally ready to sit for SPM.The other half thinks i still have lots to revise.Since i screw my sej ppr.If i pass my trials ppr with super flying colours i doubt i'll touch the book at all.

For the past 2 weeks i have been going to the library to study. My mum encourage me to study there as i study on my bed all the time,my mum won't know whether i'm sleeping or studying.
For the first week in library,i saw Kian Peng with his GF.On the second week, i've been seeing Fang Yi and his gang there.

I went to Royal London Circus exactly a week ago.No lion No tiger.I was anticipating any of the 2 the whole time.Quite disappointing bout that part. But overall, it was really fun to go there.Especially watching the clown.I always thought that clown are meant for small kids, but after the circus,i was wrong after all.HAHA.Can laugh till stoamch ache watching the clown.
U have to go there to understand what i mean.

I think that's all..hopefully i won't be blogging anymore till SPM over cause if i ever blog,it means i'm not studying.

It's a nice lyric from my blog's song.

I want to be loved, but you don’t seem to love me
I wander within that repetition
I found one answer; that even if I’m scared, even if I’m hurt
I can say “I love you” to the person who I love

Do you love me? Or not love me?
As for things like that, it’s already fine either way
No matter how I wish
There are many unchangeable things in this world, right?
That’s right, and because only the fact of my loving you
Is the truth unchangeable by anyone

I want to overcome the thousands of nights and tell it to you
There’s something that I must tell you
I want to be loved, but you don’t seem to love me
I wander within that repetition
I found one answer; that even if I’m scared
Even if I’m hurt, I can say “I love you” to the person who I love
It’s scary to turn my feelings into words
But I can say “I love you” to the person who I love

In this broad world, I can’t express the joy of encountering you with words
So we smile, sing about the vividly passing autumn in do-re-mi
Turn our backs on winter, wait for the sunlight streaming through trees in spring
And become reborn anew, so that we can protect someone

On the path we came from and our destination, when we looked back, I’d always have timid eyes
I want to face you, but I can’t be honest
I, who repeated days of not being able to straightforwardly love my partner
And hated being alone on that day
Seemed to love people while unwounded

I’ll overcome the thousands of nights and go meet you now
There is something that I must tell you
I want to be loved, but you don’t seem to love me
I wander within that repetition
I found one answer; that even if I’m scared
Even if I’m hurt, I can say “I love you” to the person who I love
Even if those thoughts aren’t fulfilled, I can say “I love you” to the person who I love
It’s the most wonderful thing in this world

I can finally heave a sigh of relief.Since i no longer have to be swotting persistantly for hours albeit having English and Moral paper next week.YUP!It's English next week thus in this post i will try my very best not to use any broken English or Hokkien here and i know i will be having a hell in my life time writing in that manner, especially since my brain is primarily composed of da lah,ar, leh and yo.Any Malaysian who has never use those suffixes better not call themselves a Malaysian.

News pertaining the leakages of trials papers have not only reach the school authorities, but even to the ears of the reporters.Today, our headmistress told us that STAR reporters called her up and told her that our school is accused of selling leaked trials paper. And guess who accuse our school?Students from Raja Mahadi. It was a blatant lie and even if that is true, our school should not be solely liable for it.Why blame us when the papers can be acquired easily by just clicking the mouse.

She warned us not to get in hand of any exam papers beforehand because if we do so we might end up studying in Henry Gurney school.I exaggerated the last part of course since we will end up in jail actually. These past two weeks have seen my classmates disputing about the ethics of those who have the papers. Some said it's a cheap act for those who need the paper. There is no point studying if we have the papers prior to the real examination since the original purpose of the trials is to prepare us for the bigger wave which will hit us in two months time.

On the other perspective, in reality we are living in a competitive world where the
jungle law applies. The strong one survives whereas the weak one is oppressed. No one is born the same.We all have our strengths and weaknesses. For some, exam is something terrifying as they are not capable of coping with it.It may be owing to their lack of confidence in doing the paper or phobia of failing. Thus we can't blame them fully.I personally love the thrill when sitting for any examination probably because this is how i shine in my life. For others, exams are merely papers they have to take as they are prerequisite in our education system.

Getting back to those who have and seek leaked papers, their actions are definitely wrong by the law.Nevertheless the students can't be blame entirely though. It's not because we are still kids by definition, but instinctively, if we can go to KL driving rather than cycling, driving would definitely be the choice of the majority.Similarly in that analogy,if we can achieve A by studying particular chapters or studying the entire book, the answer is clear.

TO BE CONTINUED.....

Merdeka eve and Merdeka day really take the hell outta me.
M so damn tired during dis two days.Yday which was merdeka eve, we had AGM for all the clubs and society. Finally i can relax and pass all the burden to our juniors' shoulder.
After the AGM was supposed to be the Merdeka celebration. But i was to lazy to stay back so i decided to return by following
Benjamin Tan's car back. But the problem is, the guard locked the gates and didn't want to open it till the whole thing ended. So the 5 of us just climbed over the fence n head back home.Reminds me during form 3 where me and Szu Yew were chased by prefects when we climbed over the fence.

In da evening Brian called me up,or rather he misscalled me so that i would call back and he asked me to play Badminton.Shud have played from 630-830.However, since it's merdeka eve,the taukeh gave us an hour extra. But even at 930, Ooi still want to play.I was reluctant but have to give in as he's the one driving.lolX.So we played till bout 1030.This was the first time ever i played badminton till i no longer want to continue. After that we,went mamaking till late night.

Just came back from my grandpa's house to celebrate his birthday. He is 81 this year if i m not mistaken.Well before that went to JJ for some shopping and watched ROGUE NIGHT with my dad.Met Hosin,Alex Yong with his erhem.., and Kok Hooi there.
Was supposed to watch the same movie with Hosin but hahhhaha..since the movie was rated 18SG she was unable to sneak her small cousin into the cinema. Then i asked her to watch INVASION(U).
ROGUE NIGHT...how should I put it.The movie has incredible plots and twists. However the violence and language used are way to extreme. So many times da F-word being used.
Bought a book from popular.Took me almost an hour searching for the book in the bookstore.

Really a great book.Unlike other investment
books which focus on statistics.Dun mind spending
RM50 for it.

They Have Taken Our Malaysia From Us

They Have Taken Our Malaysia From Us PDF Print E-mail
Written by Farish A. Noor
Friday, 17 August 2007

(NOTE: This article first appeared in Off The Edge, Issue 32, August 2007)

This being the August issue, I felt compelled to write a laudatory paean to Malaysia and all things Malaysian. Marooned as I am in rainy Berlin at the moment, my heart-strings were pulled by the warmer climes of Malaysia, where indeed the grass is greener (even if the air is hazier). But as I sat down to type these words, I could not help but reflect on the loss of so many things I cherish and hold dear.

I am an academic who delves in history and political science. Apart from that I happen to nurse a penchant for antiques related to Malaysia. Over the past twenty years that I have spent in Europe, I have trawled around all the great antique bazaars and flea markets of Europe in a desperate attempt to recover the country I left, only to find that my Sisiphean efforts have come to naught. Like that ill-fated Corinthian; every map I found, every postcard I retrieved, every little artefact I discovered was soon overwhelmed by the tide of bilious poison that passes as political discourse in this country. What was the point of trying my darnest to piece together pieces of Baba-Nyonya peranakan art, when racist ethno-nationalists continue to harp on and on about racial purity and the dominance of their tribe? What was the point of emphasising the marginal voices of hybrid individuals when the dominant politics of the country remained fixed by the hegemonising discourse of racial difference?

The forlorn outcome of this impossible quest was brought home to me during my recent visit to Lembah Bujang in the company of Lois Lane who thankfully did the driving, thereby ensuring that we did not end up in Thailand by accident. As we walked amongst the ruins of these once-great monuments of our ancient past, we wondered how many Malaysians have even heard of the place or visited it. Furthermore the re-location of all these pre-Islamic monuments from their original habitus to one fixed and confined space seemed to suggest the feverish need to somehow corral our history, as if the Hindu-Buddhist era of the Malaysian Peninsula can be compressed into a space no bigger than a hockey field.

Is this what Malaysia has become? Has the compartmentalising logic of racial and religious politics finally succeeded in dividing Malaysian society once and for all; and what will be the fate of those who dare to transgress these ideological frontiers? We have all witnessed the sad fate of Lina Joy and Massosai Revathi, who have been caught up in the legal imbroglio that is the direct result of Malaysia’s twin legal systems and the attempts to impose Islamic law on them.

When I cast a glance at my collection of Malaysiana, I wonder to myself: Where is this country? Does it still exist? Who took Malaysia away from us?

They have robbed us of our country, that country called Malaysia. It began in the late 1960s when Tunku Abdul Rahman upped the stakes in the Islamisation race after UMNO’s poor showing at the 1969 elections. Then in the 1970s Malaysia was reduced even more when Anwar Ibrahim and his gang began to harp on about Malay rights and the Malay language, while furthering their own exclusive religio-political agenda. This was the time when the hotbloods of the Islamist camp began their own ‘moral policing’ on campus, breaking into dormitories and warning Malay-Muslim students not to behave immorally in the company of the dreaded kafirs. Then it was further intensified in the 1980s when Mahathir stepped on the accelerator and Malaysia’s Islamisation programme took off in earnest, leading to the introduction of ‘Islamic values’ at work, the rise of the Shariah courts and the emergence of the ‘faith rehabilitation centres’ where fellow citizens like Revathi have been interned. Today we witness the pathetic spectacle of yet another attempt to smuggle religion into the public political domain, under the cloak of a ‘civilisational Islam’ that oddly enough has no problems living with repressive laws like the Internal Security Act…

But perhaps the most worrying thing of all is the evident intolerance that has become so dangerously normalised in this country of ours: The Youth Wing of UMNO have no worries about putting up banners warning others ‘Not to try our patience’; oblivious of the fact that for five decades it is we Malaysians who have had to be patient with the amateur theatricals of UMNO Youth in the first place. Non-Muslims have been warned not to ‘try the patience’ of Muslim demagogues, despite the fact that for half a century now it is they, the Muslim conservatives, who have been trying our patience by imposing their sectarian and exclusive worldview on the nation as a whole. Malaysians have been told not to keep dogs as pets, not to play music too loud, not to serve pork in public restaurants, not to dress provocatively, not to question or demand – by those whose comfort zone is inviolable and for whom the agenda of Ketuanan Melayu-Islam is sacrosanct. Where is the Malaysian Constitution in the midst of all this, and whatever happened to the idea that this nation-state is the common home of all Malaysians, of all races and creeds?

Lest we forget – and we should not – this is our homeland, our nation, our country. It belongs to all of us, all Malaysians, on the basis of a shared common universal citizenship that makes us equal. The concessions that were made to the ethno-nationalists in the past have borne fruit and we now see the disastrous impact on nation-building: After decades of promoting an exclusive communitarian approach to the national language issue, we have finally come to realise that our national language is Bahasa Malaysia, and not Bahasa Melayu after all.

How much more damage can this young nation take, before the Malaysian project unravels before our eyes? Already reports indicate that the liberal sector of the country is abandoning ship in droves, seeking other lands where the freedom to think and speak is granted without fear of a racist backlash in turn. Yet the soap-box orators and jaguh kampungs we count as our leaders in this country continue to speak a language of blood and belonging that is essentialist, divisive and ultimately detrimental to the idea of Malaysia itself.

With all this in mind, I cannot for the life of me find reason to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Malaysia, for in all honestly I do not even recognise my Malaysia any longer. Worst still, I cannot even answer the question of whether Malaysia will still exist in 50 years time. They, the politicians, have robbed our country from us, and they continue to do so, still. Damn them, all.

I am so lazy to post. But guess i just have to post if I want to keep blogging.

Have been spending like mad this past few days especially since it's during the holiday week.
Went JJ with Hosin,Cake, and Timmy on Thursday and then played badminton right after returning from the movie marathon. Thanks to Hosin for bringing me out.Gonna bring you out after getting my license, well if i don't flop my Undang again.Yes i flopped it and laugh all you want.I laughed at myself too when i think bout it.My badminton skills are clearly rusting.I played so badly from the very moment i gripped my racket.I think even the girls there could beat me flat.

On Friday i went badminton again. This time Fang Yi tagged along and both of us paired up to challenge the MGSian's pair.Like i've said, even the girls could beat us flat.
After having our fats burnt and stomach growling Ooi fetched Brian & me to mamak where the both of us just conversed relentlessly.I found out how 'ulu' i m.When we talked bout food all i could do was just shrugging(gestured to him that i've never eaten or even heard the name of those food).

Tomorrow school will be reopened and it means i can no longer play hard like used to be.Time to study hard before playing hard.

Haven't posted for more than a week.
So gonna make a short post since i m lz..haha wanna watch badminton later

Just finish organising La Salle Chess Open just now.
The number of participants wasn't great since it was last minute planning.
I faced tonnes of financial problem and i thought i have to forked out my own money this time.
Luckily the teacher charged me cheaper for the rental on the equipment.
Then the arbiter couldn't turn up but luckily i manage to find a replacement.
So many problems just popped out 1 by 1.
Thankfully the whole thing ended and i could finally give out a sigh of relieve.
Well i definitely learn 1 thg from here that is organisers shudn't be involve in the event organised.
I have to play chess and go round at the same time to make sure things are alright.
Well dats all...TATAZ

Jz came back from Alfred and have a great joke to share.
It happened in Alfred. This is what happened:
Marcus(kacakboy) was sitting bside me and was constantly bombarding Alfred wif questions. Then he asked Alfred 1 question bout electrochemical corrosion in redox.
He didn't comprehend what Alfred was saying so Alfred used an analogy.
This's how his analogy goes:Imagine yourself in three situation.
a)a Bachelor leaving alone n has no one 2 support other than yourself.
b)Married to a wife but still with no children.
c)Married and has children.

So he asked Marcus in which situation does he have to WORK more??
Then Chee Ann interrupt and asked "What does WORK mean here?"
HAhahahaa...whole class burst into laughter right after that.I can;t believe even the girls understood what he meant.
Dun get da joke??Dun act innocent LOLX
